For the more contemporary feel the Blockhouse Yard style gives you a more established feeling of comfort coupled with simplicity in tranquility. This lockup and go idea promotes simplicity and comfort for avid nature lover.

The Yard
Acquiring a yard of approximately 25m x 25m gives you the opportunity to shape your dream escape. Serviced with water and a sewage connection it is ready for you to get started.
Dwellings and Infrastructure
Dwelling and infrastructure are limited to non-permanent structures as per above broad outlined styles. To be approved by the reserve in order to blend into nature and boast a uniformed style.
Roads
The reserve’s main roads are maintained to farm style roadways suitable for most vehicles. Some detours will have you challenge your inner off-roader.
Water Electricity Sewage
Crystal clear borehole water is pumped from the deep rock formations for consumption of quality H2O. With an off-grid philosophy your electricity supply should harness the sun or wind with the occasional generator use. A soak-away sewage infrastructure takes care of our biological waste. All non biological waste must be carted away.
Reserve Levies
To keep the basic services online, regular care must be taken. An upkeep fee applies for this service.
Reserve Infrastructure Upgrades
Form time to time infrastructure will be upgraded to the benefit of all yard members. As it benefits you, you will contribute your share.
Reserve Area
Spanning over 30 hectare of nearly untouched nature, a large area is accessible for yard owners. Some areas are demarcated no-go areas. Walking, Running and Mountain biking trails will flow through the reserve for everybody to enjoy. Consider the ethos of Lake Sessions and contribute to keeping it as comfortable as can be.
Reserve Rules
In order to keep everything under wraps, the reserve has guidelines and policies in place to make sure that everybody who enjoys Lake Sessions can do so to the fullest. A well balanced ecosystem is sustainable and enjoyed for a long time.
